When you drop into our centre you will be greeted by our friendly and helpful staff who will sit with you to complete an individual intake and assessment to determine how to best meet your current employment needs. From there you will work with an Employment Job Coach who will help you create an Action Plan to help you reach your employment goals.  Our goal is to help you create a realistic employment goal and help you meet it! Your goal could include returning to school, and perhaps Better Jobs Ontario is a good avenue for you.  If training/education is not for you then perhaps you’re interested in learning more about how apprenticeships work. Ready for a change but not sure what employment you are best suited for? If so, you might benefit from taking some interest and personality assessments to help you find direction and match you to employment opportunities. Or maybe you want to jump into a job as quickly as possible and need assistance with creating or updating your resume and brushing up on some interviewing skills. By working with our Job Coaches and taking some of our online workshops you will be well on your way to success.  Whatever the case may be, you are in the driver’s seat and we are here to help you understand the options available to you, so that you can make the most informed choices given your individual situation and the current labour market and programs available to you.
