Requirements
One year in a cook position or equivalent culinary experience.
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education.
Foodsafe Certificate.
Experience with various knife-cutting techniques and knowledge in food safety preparation.
Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work flexible hours and special events.
Ability to successfully complete a security screening
Education/Certificates
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education.
Experience
