Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team at Premier Kitchens Showroom. This role will be responsible for managing our social media presence while also performing receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor to greet and assist showroom visitors.

Requirements

Social Media Management:

· Develop and maintain social media presence.

· Capture photos and videos of showroom displays work in progress and completed jobs.

· Edit and enhance visual content for social media posts and marketing materials.

· Write engaging captions and blog posts to accompany visual content.

· Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.

· Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer inquiries.

· Engage with customers online to build relationships, by responding to comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

· Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

 

Receptionist Duties:

· Greet showroom visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.

· Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance as needed.

· Maintain a tidy and welcoming showroom environment.

· Purchasing office supplies maintaining proper stock levels.

· Assisting with data entry into QuickBooks, estimates, invoicing, posting and filing.

· Enter bills and match to purchase orders, with receiving order shipments, report discrepancies.

· Invoice job as requested from designers and receive payments.

Experience

Qualifications:

· A keen sense of organization and an ability to maintain focus

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Customer-focused attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills.

· Strong customer service orientation

· Proficient use of Excell, Word, Outlook Google Docs, QuickBooks, and photo/video editing software

· Effectively communicate across a variety of platforms - ie. Instagram, Facebooks, Instagram

· Strong initiative, self-motivated and ability to work alone and as part of a team
